About the Role
Join PepsiCo as a Sr. Machine Operator, where you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process. At PepsiCo, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products to consumers around the world. This position is essential for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production line in Dammam.

Responsibilities
- Operate and control the processing equipment to convert raw materials into final products according to company standards.
- Gather data for process control checks and conduct quality meetings.
- Monitor energy usage and minimize waste through efficient practices.
- Manage process workers at assigned stations to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain hygiene standards and equipment condition at all times.
- Report any food safety hazards and communicate daily issues effectively with limited supervision.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent educational background.
- ITI certification or equivalent.
- Basic communication skills and a positive working attitude.
- Ability to handle and operate process equipment independently.
