Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at Savola. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products, the successful candidate will play a key role in operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure proper calibration before and during production runs.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality, taking corrective actions when required.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
- Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately in the system or logs.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S standards).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs.
- Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:- High school diploma or technical certificate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial field is a plus).
- Previous experience in operating manufacturing or packaging machines is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and production processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work shifts and in a team-oriented environment.
