We are looking for skilled individuals with a wealth of experience in operating filament winding machines and related processes. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality fiberglass pipe. Your expertise in handling various raw materials, chemicals, and resin mixing will be crucial to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up filament winding machines and extruders according to production plans.
  • Perform online quality checks and maintain product standards.
  • Mix resin, manage glass breaks, and prepare mandrels as needed.
  • Train and supervise trainee operators to enhance their skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and HSE policies.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with epoxy resin and curing systems.
  • Ability to read and comprehend process recipes and parameters.
  • Strong knowledge of measuring and monitoring tools.
  • Capacity to maintain detailed machine operation records.

الوظيفة  دوام كامل 8 ساعات باليوم -6 ايام بالأسبوع  والمهام المطلوبة كالتالي :

  1. استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم بطريقة لبقة ومهنية.

  2. تسجيل الطلبات بدقة في النظام 

  3. إصدار الفواتير والتأكد من صحة المبالغ والأسعار.

  4. تحصيل المبالغ النقدية أو عبر البطاقات البنكية والتعامل مع مختلف وسائل الدفع.

  5. تسليم الفواتير والإيصالات للعملاء وحفظ نسخ العمليات المالية.

  6. الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الكاشير.

  7. التعاون مع فريق العمل (المضيفين، الطهاة، وعمال الخدمة) لضمان رضا العملاء وسرعة الخدمة.

  8. التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء البسيطة باحترام وتحويل الحالات اللازمة للإدارة.

  9. اتباع إجراءات الأمن والسلامة وحفظ سرية المعلومات المالية.

  10. الالتزام بالمظهر العام والسياسات الداخلية للمطعم.
