About the Role

Socialeyez is seeking a Social Media Account Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for social media.

Role Purpose

The Account Executive acts as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution. This position involves managing social media accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to content strategy within a dynamic agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communication to ensure smooth project execution and excellent client servicing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Oversee the daily management of social media accounts across multiple clients.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
• Write engaging, platform-specific captions that align with each brand's tone of voice.
• Handle community management by monitoring comments, messages, and online conversations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Contribute creative ideas and content concepts for monthly content calendars, campaigns, and social activations.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take client briefs, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing monthly reports and client presentations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with community management and audience engagement.
• Strong copywriting skills with experience in writing social media captions.
• Ability to contribute creative ideas and participate in campaign ideation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience working with government or semi-government clients.
• Familiarity with social media management, reporting, and project management tools.
