About the Role

Amazon is seeking an Account Manager Associate to focus on the MENA Marketplace. This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position. The Associate will contribute to improving selection for the Marketplace business and play a part in defining the strategic vision for future opportunities within Amazon's Marketplace. The Amazon Marketplace organization is dedicated to growing the Selling on Amazon business by developing solutions that empower millions of Selling Partners globally. This position requires influencing across various company organizations and a solid understanding of the current global business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager Associate will be responsible for a range of tasks focused on enhancing the seller and buyer experience within the Amazon Marketplace. Key duties include:

  • Onboarding new selection to Amazon by managing processes such as photoshoots at seller locations, content creation and optimization, data formatting, and barcode scanning to bring offline inventory online.
  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end Selling Partner experience for designated categories within the Saudi Arabian market, with the objective of increasing category selection through the creation of high-quality listings that drive new business for sellers.
  • Collaborating with business and technical teams to facilitate the growth of new listings on the Amazon marketplace.
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities for Amazon’s Marketplace by ensuring the delivery of high-quality product listings.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a foundational level of experience and specific skills to succeed. The requirements include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in content creation and product page optimization.

Role Context

This position is part of the Amazon Marketplace organization, which is responsible for the Selling on Amazon business. The role involves working with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver a superior experience for both buyers and Selling Partners across various product categories. A background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce is considered beneficial for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role requires the ability to influence across multiple company organizations and a good understanding of the global business environment.
