About Bonyan Construction

Bonyan Construction is a company focused on delivering construction projects. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position.

Role Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, overseeing budgets, and facilitating collaboration among clients, contractors, and internal teams. The role focuses on ensuring project milestones are met, schedules are maintained, resources are optimized, and financial efficiency is achieved without compromising quality. You will proactively address challenges to ensure project goals are met with precision and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure completion milestones and target budgets are achieved.
Organize and direct project activities with the project team.
Study project specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
Oversee contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage communication with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Attend and manage project progress meetings, and liaise with all key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, vendors, and team members.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The role requires active engagement with various stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project success.
