About the AI Trainer Lead Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking an AI Trainer Lead for a contract position. In this role, you will apply your expertise to train next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities

The AI Trainer Lead will be responsible for a range of critical tasks focused on improving AI model performance. This includes:

• Evaluating and scoring AI-generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across various subject areas.
• Annotating and categorizing data sets to enhance AI model accuracy and reliability.
• Applying close attention to detail when reviewing content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy.
• Providing clear, actionable feedback on AI performance to guide ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborating with the customer's team to interpret guidelines and contribute to rubric refinement.
• Documenting findings and maintaining thorough records of annotations and evaluations.
• Engaging in critical reading and analysis of complex subject matter, including business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal domains.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation and content evaluation.
• Strong critical reading and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply rubrics effectively.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, enabling the clear articulation of nuanced feedback.
• Experience in evaluating or scoring large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Valued Skills and Background

While not strictly required, the following experience and skills are highly valued:

• Experience with AI training, machine learning data annotation, or related tasks.
• A background in business, finance, legal, marketing, healthcare, or research fields.
• Prior experience in AI training, human-in-the-loop systems, or quality assurance of AI-generated content.
• Familiarity with industry-standard annotation tools or AI evaluation platforms.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position. The role is fully remote, allowing for independent and collaborative work from any location.
