We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working full-time.

The Assistant Project Manager Role

The Assistant Project Manager supports the project management and design management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role involves contributing to various stages of project execution, from planning and design coordination to site activities and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments by gathering data and preparing analyses.
• Define project deliverables and milestones, and maintain tracking tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to support the development of project designs.
• Review design documents and drawings, and coordinate comments and revisions.
• Verify that designs meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities on project sites.
• Monitor project progress and performance against plans, and prepare status updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Support the Project Manager and senior team members in guiding project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Identify and assist in resolving issues and conflicts during project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Address client requests and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Support resource allocation activities and tracking of staff and materials.
• Identify potential financial and delivery risks and support mitigation actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
• Familiarity with project documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality control processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team facilitation.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a project team, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
