About the Role

Xad Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its presence within the industrial sector across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential projects and customers.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and progress reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
  • Experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and commercial management.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong network within the Saudi industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or infrastructure market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves active engagement with clients and industry stakeholders across various industrial sectors, requiring travel and representation at industry events.
