About the Role
Alnafitha IT is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in Cyber Security to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding the company's Cyber Security portfolio across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading a team, developing strategic plans, and managing key client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and margin targets for the Cyber Security practice.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Cyber Security offerings, including IT Infrastructure, Cloud Security, ATP, Network Security, LOB Security, Endpoints, and Security Appliances.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, focusing on new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Identify new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Sales Professionals specializing in Cyber Security.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, conducting performance reviews and providing mentoring.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships within target accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Serve as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and manage the Cyber Security practice business plan, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to refine the Cyber Security value proposition.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical delivery teams.
- Contribute to building Alnafitha’s Cyber Security content library.
- Manage relationships with key Cyber Security vendors and technology partners, driving joint business planning and co-sell initiatives.
- Ensure achievement and maintenance of required vendor certifications.
- Represent Alnafitha at industry forums and events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) OR CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) is mandatory.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor is preferred.
- MBA or equivalent business management qualification is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT sales or business development, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team lead role within Cyber Security.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in enterprise Cyber Security sales in the Saudi/GCC market.
- Deep knowledge of Cyber Security domains including Identity Management, Firewalls, Advanced Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Cloud Security, Email Security, and Endpoint Protection.
- Experience managing and growing technical sales teams with demonstrated people leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, vendor ecosystem, and strategic positioning in the KSA Cyber Security market.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability, acting with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
