About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a Business Management Representative II to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for providing essential administrative support and coordination within the Business Management section.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Assist in the processing of required paperwork and complete forms as assigned.
• Organize and administer the schedule and activities of the section.
• Liaise with Contract Management and Services Departments regarding patient contracts and other business documents.
• Support the communication of changes and developments in payer requirements to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with Financial Services and Medical Affairs to facilitate services for contracted patients.
• Review and follow up on admission, discharge, and appointment reports to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to all Hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in education, training, and development activities as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required for this role.

Experience Levels

Experience requirements vary by grade:

• Grade 8: No related experience is required.
• Grade 09: Two (2) years of related experience, including two (2) years of Grade 08 experience, is required.

Additional Preferences

Saudi National candidates are preferred for this position.
