About the Role

We are seeking a professional Cake Artist to join our creative team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves the artistic design and decoration of cakes, transforming concepts into visually appealing edible masterpieces. The role requires a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Core Responsibilities

The Cake Artist will be responsible for a range of creative and technical duties to produce high-quality custom cakes. This includes conceptualizing designs, executing intricate decorations, and ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of each creation.

• Conceptualize and design custom cakes for various occasions, focusing on innovation and artistic expression.
• Perform professional 3D sculpting of cakes, ensuring stability and form.
• Craft detailed figures, flowers, and other intricate elements using fondant and gumpaste.
• Apply freehand painting techniques directly onto cakes using food-grade colors with artistic precision.
• Apply final finishes to cakes using fondant, buttercream, or ganache, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness.
• Stay informed about current and emerging trends and techniques in cake decorating, both locally and globally, and integrate them into designs.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in cake artistry and a demonstrable ability to translate creative ideas into tangible designs. The role is suited for individuals with a passion for cake decoration and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Required experience: 2-5 years in professional cake decorating and design.
