About the Territory Customer Executive Role

Role Objectives and Responsibilities

The Territory Customer Executive will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory. Key duties include following up on price approvals to ensure adherence to negotiated terms, logging daily customer visits and activities to report progress, and reviewing customer sales dashboards to inform market visit actions. The role also involves internal follow-up to ensure timely product delivery scheduling and coordination with the finance team and line manager regarding customer collection status.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is necessary. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, selling capability, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, along with basic computer skills for reporting.
