Role Overview: Certified Databricks Instructor

Lakeora is seeking a Certified Databricks Instructor to deliver high-quality technical training. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves enabling professionals to develop practical skills across the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. The instructor will combine strong Databricks expertise with instructional and communication skills to provide engaging learning experiences for technical professionals and enterprise clients. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who enjoy translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led Databricks training programs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions.
• Facilitate both theoretical and hands-on learning across relevant Databricks technologies.
• Guide participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases.
• Explain complex data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse concepts clearly.
• Prepare and maintain training environments, materials, exercises, and supporting documentation.
• Adapt delivery based on participants' technical backgrounds and learning needs.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Stay current with Databricks platform developments, certifications, and recommended practices.
• Support internal and client enablement initiatives.
• Maintain consistently high standards of training delivery and learner experience.
