About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Fitness Instructor (Male & Female) to support members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of exercise techniques and enjoy working with people in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide members through safe and effective workouts.
• Conduct fitness assessments and recommend suitable exercise programs.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Monitor members’ progress and provide regular guidance.
• Ensure the fitness area and equipment are clean and safe.
• Conduct group fitness sessions when required.
• Follow health, safety, and facility guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a fitness instruction role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of basic fitness, nutrition, and safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
