About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Co-op Trainee (Information Technology) for a full-time position within its professional engineering, construction, and cost management team. Role Overview and Learning Opportunities

The Co-op Trainee will gain practical experience by engaging in diverse IT functions. The assignment may include a structured rotational program, offering exposure to key areas such as IT Support, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of various technology functions within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a range of IT-related duties, applying basic information technology principles and best practices within a specific IT discipline.
• Participate in a structured rotational program to gain experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications.
• Gain exposure to diverse technology functions within the IT department.
• Utilize technical documentation and company policies to ensure compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and operational procedures.
• Become familiar with various IT systems and tools.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related curriculum at an accredited college or university.
• Completion of at least 3 years in the declared major.
• Proficiency in English language (Speaking and Writing) is mandatory.
