About the Role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Consulting ES Oracle Manager / Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh. As part of PwC Consulting, you will work with industry experts to design and deliver forward-looking solutions in areas such as strategy and enterprise transformation, operational excellence, digital innovation, cyber resilience, and risk management. This role involves contributing to the leadership team responsible for building a long-term vision and strategy to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and structure Digital solutions offerings for the Middle East market, setting and driving towards budget goals.
• Manage and deliver Digital transformation projects for clients, utilizing Agile and Hybrid methodologies, from strategic discovery to solution implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements within their digital strategy context.
• Ensure successful project delivery through effective planning and optimal team staffing.
• Utilize performance indicators and analytical tools to maximize client value.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, development of reusable assets, and operational involvement in areas like recruiting and training.
• Lead by example, developing high-performing teams through challenge, support, and continuous coaching.
• Structure and develop compelling proposals.
• Manage client relationships, project budgets, finance, and resources across a portfolio of clients.
• Create, review, and deliver complex client deliverables, including executive-level reporting and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with other PwC lines of services, demonstrating an understanding of broader PwC offerings and trends.
• Deliver Oracle Cloud transformation projects across HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain domains.
• Design and implement solutions aligned with client digital strategies.
• Gather requirements and engage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, build, and deployment.
• Ensure quality delivery, planning, and team coordination.
• Lead workshops, solution discussions, and client presentations.
• Support business development, proposals, and solution design.
• Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of consulting experience.
• Experience in Oracle ERP / Cloud solutions, specifically in at least one domain: HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of relevant business processes (HR, Finance, or Operations).
• Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle implementations.
• Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements.
• Willingness to travel as required.
