About the Role

Bin Shehab Company for Trading and Contracting is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves assisting walk-in customers, identifying their needs for heavy equipment spare parts, and providing suitable solutions. The role is crucial for processing sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate spare parts and available alternatives.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
• Process sales orders and invoices using the company's internal systems.
• Coordinate effectively with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and provide necessary after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare all required reports.
• Monitor fast-moving and unavailable parts, reporting stock requirements to management.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Contribute actively to achieving monthly sales targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment spare parts sales, specifically with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience using ERP systems for sales and inventory management.
• A valid driving license is preferred for this role.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of heavy equipment spare parts and their corresponding part numbers.
• Basic understanding of heavy equipment systems, including Engine, Hydraulic, and Powertrain components.

Work Details

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, based on experience and qualifications. The required experience for this role is between 2 and 5 years.
