Overview of the Role

Brand Aid Marketing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Country Manager to lead its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience who can drive comprehensive market growth and operational excellence. The role involves full P&L ownership and general management of the market, overseeing a local team to deliver across various marketing services.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The Country Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the market. This includes leading the local team, which comprises Commercial Directors, to achieve revenue targets, maintain operational excellence, and foster growth across production, agency/studio, and activation services. The role demands a leader capable of ensuring robust financial health and effective market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow, ensuring delivery against annual budget and growth targets.
• Provide commercial oversight, directly managing Commercial Directors and ultimately ensuring revenue targets are met. Maintain market-level pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and provide direct support on leads, key client meetings, and deal closure as required.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local leadership team. Manage talent, performance, and organizational health, alongside day-to-day operations, finance coordination, and governance for the market.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with factory/production, design, and finance teams to ensure client work meets quality, cost, and timeline standards.
• Manage production allocation and network optimization by deciding where to produce across the market's factories. Own capacity planning, utilization, make-vs-buy decisions (in-house vs. outsource), and factory selection to optimize cost, quality, lead time, and margin.

Required Experience and Expertise

Candidates for this position must possess over 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field. Deep domain expertise is required in POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and retail production houses, as well as across agencies, studio operations, design, activation, events, and exhibitions. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record in managing complex marketing service environments.
