MCG Asia is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Manager for a leading global professional services organisation. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role is within a client renowned for delivering technology-enabled solutions to complex business challenges. The consulting teams work with major organisations across various industries, combining technical expertise, sector knowledge, and strategic insight to achieve client outcomes.

Role Overview

As part of the client's Customer and Marketing consulting practice, the CRM Manager will be responsible for understanding client business challenges, designing effective CRM solutions, and supporting the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. This position involves collaboration with experienced technology and consulting professionals in a high-performing, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse client requirements, business issues, and operational needs.
Design, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Contribute to the delivery of CRM implementation and transformation projects.
Present research, analysis, recommendations, and proposed solutions to clients.
Manage defined workstreams or components of client engagements.
Prepare project plans, priorities, status updates, and regular reports.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Mentor and support junior consultants in their technical and professional development.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, solutions, and client outcomes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in CRM consulting, with a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This includes expertise in designing, configuring, and customising solutions, as well as contributing to implementation and transformation projects within a professional services context.
