About the Role

alfanar Electric is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring timely and efficient case handling.
Engage with customers to understand technical concerns and provide support or escalate issues as needed.
Ensure service provided meets company standards by following established guidelines and processes, with a focus on improving service delivery.
Accurately record customer interactions, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and feedback, to maintain clear and complete case histories.
Stay informed on product updates and technical changes to provide effective support, and learn new tools and technologies to enhance service quality.

Operational Accountabilities

Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating openness to directions and feedback.
Utilize tools and machinery efficiently in terms of cost and time.
Execute operational activities according to delivery schedules and work instructions.
Assist in resolving any related issues that arise and escalate complex operational problems.
Implement quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
Execute tasks as per work routines and instructions.
Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
Proficiency in documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
A commitment to continuous learning regarding product knowledge and new technologies.
