The Role: Customer Success Consultant

We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a contract, on-site position primarily responsible for ensuring that Berlitz Saudi Arabia's customers successfully achieve their defined learning objectives. The consultant acts as a key point of contact, guiding clients through their training journey and maximizing the impact of Berlitz solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers to Berlitz training programs.
• Understanding customer training needs and aligning Berlitz solutions with their specific goals.
• Monitoring program performance, including analyzing participation rates and learning outcomes.
• Proactively addressing any issues that may impact client satisfaction to improve retention and loyalty.
• Handling ongoing communication with key stakeholders and providing regular progress updates.
• Recommending adjustments to training programs to maximize their effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within customer success, client management, or corporate training environments.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a presence at the company's facilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
