About the Role

Master Works is seeking a Data Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for a professional passionate about building scalable data solutions to support informed business decisions. The Data Engineer will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the organization's data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Build and optimize data architectures, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and availability across all data platforms.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, analysts, and developers, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement best practices for data integration, governance, and quality management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while continuously improving existing data systems.
• Prepare technical documentation related to data architecture, processes, and standards.
• Support the PMO and Consultation Department in delivering data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, database management, and data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Skills and Proficiencies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Native proficiency in Arabic.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The required experience for this role is between 2 to 5 years.
