About the Delivery Project Manager Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects within the Qiddiya development in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while adhering to the highest quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to align with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Oversee construction contracts, liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches for smooth project execution.
• Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address deviations.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partners.
• Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia.
