About the Deputy Store Manager Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support store operations in Riyadh. This role is integral to achieving sales targets, managing store teams, and ensuring overall profitability and operational excellence. The Deputy Store Manager will oversee store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager, aligning with the business objectives of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.

Core Responsibilities

The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to company and brand standards. This includes understanding individual customer needs and staying aware of current market trends and competitor activities. The role involves driving sales performance by actively pursuing opportunities for business improvement and meeting key performance indicator (KPI) targets. Additionally, the Deputy Store Manager will manage and implement sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring effective communication with relevant support teams to maximize sales potential.

Operational Management

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, particularly during the Store Manager's absence. This includes proactively addressing any potential disruptions to the business in a timely manner. The Deputy Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage, ensuring compliance across all store functions.

Team and Stakeholder Engagement
