About the Designer - AI Focused Role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Designer with a focus on AI integration for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to AI-driven creative projects.

Role Overview

The Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs across various mediums including print, digital, social media, and broadcast. A key aspect of this role involves the integration and utilization of AI tools to produce fully or partially AI-generated content. The designer will ensure that visual designs effectively communicate campaign messages and goals, while maintaining technical and visual accuracy and adhering to project timelines. Collaboration with other members of the AI team, such as copywriters, art directors, and motion designers, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and designing content across a variety of asset types.
• Partnering closely with the team to deliver high-quality, agile, and AI-driven content.
• Developing all agile content and ensuring its timely and quality delivery.
• Working under supervision, within brand guidelines, and adhering to timelines.
• Designing and producing online content, including social media and display banners.
• Collaborating effectively with team members.
• Creating visually captivating audio-visual content that stays current with trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-2 years of experience as a Designer.
• Ability to design overall creative test assets, encompassing aesthetics, typography, color, brand identity, iconography, imagery, layout, and concept sophistication.
• Familiarity with AI tools that specifically aid in design processes, and broader knowledge of tools related to overall content generation.
• Experience working across various asset types, including static, video, and animation.
• Comfort in challenging the team and asking pertinent questions to advance projects.
• Strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction, and ideation skills.
• Understanding of what performs well on key digital platforms, with the ability to think about overall design and voice.
• Proficiency in best practices for various digital social media deliverables, including video and display.
• Detail-oriented approach to file management and version control.
• A digital portfolio showcasing a variety of professional design projects.
• Hands-on experience with creative graphic production design software and image editing software (*, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects).

Work Environment and Collaboration

This full-time role is based in Riyadh. The Designer will collaborate closely with a team of talented individuals, including copywriters, art directors, and motion designers, to produce AI-driven content. The role offers autonomy in shaping content for diverse audiences.
