About the Role: Digital Transformation Specialist

The primary purpose of this role is to support and advance the organization's digital transformation efforts. This involves a focus on analyzing and improving existing business processes, accurately gathering business requirements, and optimizing the utilization of current digital systems. The specialist will also be responsible for proposing innovative digital solutions designed to streamline operations and significantly enhance the internal user experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Gather comprehensive business requirements from various departments and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Document and maintain detailed business processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Propose and champion digital transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying processes and improving overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with business units to ensure the successful execution and adoption of digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to enhance and optimize existing digital systems.
• Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and system enhancements prior to their deployment.
• Prepare user guides and comprehensive supporting documentation for newly implemented systems and digital features.
• Provide essential training and ongoing support to end users to maximize the adoption and effective utilization of digital solutions.
• Research emerging digital technologies and evaluate potential opportunities for their application within the organization.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives.

Required Experience
