About the Mechanical Design Engineer Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on creating detailed mechanical system designs and schematics for various projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, developing and testing mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver efficient and reliable designs.

Core Responsibilities

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Design and Development: Create detailed mechanical system designs, schematics, and layouts, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards. Conduct load calculations, system simulations, and performance analyses to verify design efficiency, reliability, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and currency. Ensure all designs comply with national and local mechanical codes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems with other project components. Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and present design concepts.
• Project Management Support: Review and approve design modifications and changes, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify and resolve design issues, perform system testing, and provide solutions to technical problems encountered during implementation. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design processes.
