About the Role

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking an experienced ERP & System Administrator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) ERP environment. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for ensuring system availability, security, performance, and business continuity while providing technical support across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) ERP.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, databases, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, cloud services, and user accounts.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Perform and monitor backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain database performance, storage capacity, and system security.
  • Lead IT support and helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and access control.
  • Prepare technical documentation, system configurations, and IT procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, licenses, and technical support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in System Administration and ERP Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) or Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization.
  • Experience with SQL databases, backup solutions, storage management, and disaster recovery.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users across multiple locations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or Dynamics 365).
  • Experience in FMCG or distribution companies.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, automation, and reporting tools.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing technical support to users across various company locations, requiring strong communication and problem-solving capabilities within a dynamic IT environment.
