Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day duties for this role include:

• Securing, developing, and retaining new business.
• Managing the complete charter process from initial inquiry to finalization.
• Utilizing existing industry relationships and proactively identifying new revenue streams through strategic prospecting and networking.
• Negotiating charter terms with aircraft operators to ensure competitive pricing and optimal availability.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance.
• Delivering a consistently high standard of client service and discretion.
• Contributing to the growth and market strategy of the local charter business.
• Representing the company within key client and industry networks.
• Potentially mentoring and developing junior brokers as the business expands.
