Position Overview

As a Guest Service Expert, you will take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience. This includes tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies. Your efforts will contribute to making guest transactions feel like an integral part of the overall experience.

Physical Requirements

Guest Service Experts will be required to be on their feet and mobile for extended periods, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking over various surfaces, including sloping, uneven, or slippery conditions. Responsibilities also include reading and visually verifying menu information. The role requires a hands-on approach, involving the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, will also be necessary. Consistently performing these duties effectively is essential for providing excellent service to guests and supporting business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
