About the Role

CleanLife is seeking a Field Sales Specialist (Pricing) to join its Sales team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves direct client engagement to assess service requirements and develop precise, competitive pricing proposals.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Specialist (Pricing) plays a crucial role in translating customer needs into viable service solutions. This involves conducting thorough on-site evaluations, preparing detailed quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure both service quality and profitability for CleanLife.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements and service locations.
• Evaluate property specifications, service scope, and current cleanliness conditions.
• Determine the necessary workforce, equipment, and estimated service duration for each project.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in alignment with company pricing policies and profitability objectives.
• Present service proposals and clearly explain pricing structures to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure service feasibility and pricing accuracy.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales process through to deal closure.
• Maintain precise customer and quotation records within the CRM system.
• Monitor quotation performance and analyze factors contributing to lost opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitor pricing to inform and recommend pricing improvements.
• Generate regular reports on site visits, quotation activity, conversion rates, and overall pricing performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes, templates, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed on-site assessments and evaluate service requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing accurate and competitive pricing.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and preparing reports.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring regular field visits to client locations to perform on-site assessments.
