About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a professional and personable Front Office Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to an inclusive employment ecosystem. As the first point of contact, the Front Office Coordinator will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors and callers at the Riyadh office. The Front Office Coordinator will manage reception duties, provide administrative support, and oversee front office operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the office.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, including routing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide general support for office administration tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with phone systems, including PBX operations.
  • Experience with email and calendar management.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Experience with CRM or visitor management software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
