About the Role

Deutsche Bahn is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate HR Specialist to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for a recent graduate eager to build a career in Human Resources, supporting daily HR operations and contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.

Role Overview

As a Graduate HR Specialist, you will provide essential support across various HR functions. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in a global engineering and consulting company within the rail sector. You will assist in maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Ensure HR documentation adheres to company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the payroll department for employee data updates.
  • Support HR reporting and data entry into HR systems.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles; internship experience is considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the HR field.
