About the Opportunity

Zappas Hair Salons is seeking experienced Hair Stylists to join their team. With over 30 years of hairdressing experience since 1989, Zappas operates across six salon locations and employs a team of 150 individuals. This is a full-time position offering the chance to contribute to a well-established company.

Salon Locations

Opportunities are available at Zappas hair salons located in the following areas: Wokingham, Fleet, Twyford, Caversham, and Crowthorne.

Role Responsibilities

As a Hair Stylist at Zappas, you will be responsible for providing a range of hairdressing services to clients. This includes performing styling, cutting, coloring, and other treatments as required. You will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

Zappas offers a competitive compensation package. Candidates can expect either a fixed salary or a commission-based structure, with the company aiming to offer a higher rate of pay than current salaries. Additional benefits include:

• A sign-on fee of up to £1000, payable after six months of successful employment.
• An additional holiday bonus equivalent to six weeks per year.
• Retail commission of up to 20% on product sales.
