Head of Finance

About the Role

Ruya Recruitment is seeking a Head of Finance for an established technology company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior leadership position designed to lead the finance function and support the company's growth. The role encompasses financial management, governance, reporting, and strategic finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes.
• Oversee financial governance, external audits, and compliance requirements.
• Strengthen finance processes, internal controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment activities, and investor relations.
• Partner with senior leadership and key external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the wider finance team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience within a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Demonstrated experience managing external audits and engaging with senior stakeholders.
