About the Opportunity

Vrinda Global is seeking a Head of Information Technology to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for leading the technological direction and operations of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Strategic Leadership in Technology

The Head of Information Technology will play a critical role in defining and executing the IT strategy and technology roadmap for Vrinda Global. This position ensures that all IT initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives, driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support functions.
• Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage and lead IT teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure IT security, governance, compliance, data protection, and risk management.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments.

Technical Oversight and Management

This role involves comprehensive oversight of critical enterprise systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, network architecture, various systems, and other enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Required Experience

Candidates for this leadership position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in information technology management. This includes a proven track record in leading complex IT environments and strategic technology initiatives.
