About Arco Human Resources

Arco Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Protocol Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism in all company interactions and events.

Role Purpose

The Hospitality and Protocol Manager will lead and coordinate all hospitality and protocol operations within the company. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional service and professionalism for all events, official functions, and the reception of local and international visitors, thereby reflecting a positive image of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall supervision to the hospitality and protocol team, including task distribution and performance quality monitoring.
  • Coordinate preparations for official events, meetings, and various occasions such as delegation visits, conferences, and executive meetings.
  • Develop operational policies and procedures for hospitality, ensuring alignment with quality and excellence standards.
  • Oversee daily hospitality services for employees and visitors within the company premises.
  • Liaise with other departments, including Public Relations, Facilities Management, and Security, to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Communicate with external hospitality service providers and negotiate contracts as required.
  • Train and develop team members in reception skills, protocol, ceremonial procedures, professional conduct, and language proficiency.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and assess visitor and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain the professional appearance and adherence to protocol (*, official uniform) for the hospitality team.
  • Ensure compliance with official protocols and governmental or royal ceremonial procedures when applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality and protocol, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in managing ceremonies and adhering to protocol.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and during high-profile events.
  • Familiarity with event management and hospitality tools.
