About the Salesperson Role

Nice One is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves developing new business, managing customer accounts across retail and wholesale channels, and executing daily sales activities to meet regional targets. The role requires representing the Nice One brand professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills, and maintaining a results-oriented approach within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts throughout Jeddah.
  • Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Plan and manage daily routes and customer visits within Jeddah to maximize market coverage and execute merchandising plans.
  • Ensure product display, pricing, and replenishment align with brand standards and promotional schedules.
  • Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM or sales systems as required.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and communicate insights.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales experience of 0-1 years is preferred, ideally within FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors. Recent graduates with commercial aptitude will be considered.
  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Strong planning and time-management skills, including route planning and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Jeddah and work flexible hours. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
