Yuvo is seeking to build a talent pool for IT Project Manager roles. Role Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the governance, tracking, coordination, and reporting of all IT projects within the organization. The IT Project Manager will ensure projects align with strategic priorities, timelines, and business objectives. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project progress, including outstanding issues, risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and action items.
• Ensure timely escalation, mitigation planning, and adherence to governance requirements.
• Coordinate recurring governance meetings such as Project Weekly Meetings, IT Weekly Syncs, and IT Infrastructure & Operations Meetings, including agenda preparation, presentations, minutes, and task follow-up.
• Maintain and update project information in enterprise PMO platforms, ensuring accurate status, task completion, KPIs, phase-gate documentation, and operating plan alignment.
• Act as a central point for internal IT coordination and communication, supporting cross-functional follow-ups, procurement tracking, renewals, and department-wide governance activities.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives, including IT functional mandate updates, job description alignment, RFP preparation, quarterly achievement reporting, executive presentations, and the development of governance and employee guidebooks.
• Administer and support enterprise platforms such as Osool Asset Management System and ITSM solutions.
• Track IT licenses, subscriptions, managed services renewals, and technology procurement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

While specific experience requirements are not detailed, candidates are expected to possess the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage IT projects. Previous experience in a similar project management capacity is anticipated.
