About the Lifeguard Role

Role Overview

As a Lifeguard at Hilton, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests utilizing our swimming pools and recreational areas. You will contribute to a secure and welcoming environment, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay with confidence. This role is integral to delivering the hospitality standards expected by Hilton guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations within the recreational zones.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed.
• Welcome guests, provide information on facility amenities, and assist with requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool areas and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool facilities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Promote safe participation in recreational activities and assist with poolside programs or events.

Qualifications and Requirements
