About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager I to actively pursue and manage sales opportunities. This full-time position focuses on ensuring smooth business operations, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through the cultivation of long-term, value-based customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager I will be instrumental in driving sales through various activities:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers through sales visits, entertainment programs, FAM trips, and trade shows to meet future forecasts.
  • Developing community relationships to expand the customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive sales figures to management.
  • Participating in sales calls to generate and close new business.
  • Executing and supporting operational aspects of business forecasting, including generating proposals and drafting contracts.

Market Analysis and Revenue Maximization

This role requires a proactive approach to understanding market dynamics and customer needs to maximize revenue. Key activities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities to achieve individual and hotel revenue targets.
  • Analyzing the overall market, including competitor advantages and disadvantages, economic trends, and supply-demand relationships, to inform sales strategies.
  • Identifying the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Understanding key target customers, their service expectations, businesses, and concerns to provide effective business solutions.

Customer Service Excellence

Providing exceptional customer service is central to this role, aiming to increase customer loyalty and market share. This involves:

  • Supporting the company's service and relationship strategy through excellent customer experiences.
  • Executing and supporting company customer service standards in line with daily service principles.
  • Establishing positive benchmarks for customer relationships.
  • Interacting with customers to gather feedback on product quality and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related field. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships, understand market trends, and deliver excellent customer service is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves active engagement with customers and internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
