About the Role

Pepsico is seeking a Network Asst Analyst to drive Field Service operations across Saudi Snacks Foods locations, including two manufacturing sites and the Executive Leadership in Riyadh Head Office. This full-time role is critical for maintaining the stability of the IT Infrastructure and ensuring service levels meet customer expectations. The position involves close collaboration with Sector/Global IT support teams and third-party providers, serving as the primary escalation point for the Saudi Snacks Foods user community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service to IT customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Manage Field Services tickets, prioritizing incidents and requests based on urgency and impact, and allocating or escalating as required.
• Track ticket progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely and effective resolution in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the IT operations team to enhance operational stability across SSFL applications and infrastructure.
• Provide regular management updates to stakeholders regarding IT service availability.
• Support the broader IT team in the successful delivery of IT/business projects.
• Participate in critical incident investigations and implement workarounds to minimize business impact.
• Maintain infrastructure system health by keeping upgrades and patches current.
• Manage and collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure service quality.
• Review and approve Network Low-Level Designs (LLD).

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of related IT business work experience in a large-scale corporate environment.
• Certifications: Valid CCNA or CCNP certificate, ITIL experience, and a Service Delivery qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Very good English for communication with global PepsiCo stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Strong Office 365 knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency with Video Conferencing tools (Zoom and Polycom).
• Compute skills, including Servers and Storage.
• Networking skills.
• Knowledge of IT process frameworks, supporting roles, and tools.

It involves significant project work and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
