About the Role

Freight & Logistics is seeking an Operations Executive Freight Forwarding to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a proactive supply chain professional with 0-1 years of experience who is looking to manage end-to-end freight forwarding processes.

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling comprehensive freight forwarding operations, including Air, Ocean, and Land transport. The role involves close coordination with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete import/export freight forwarding operational workflows across Air, Ocean, and Road Freight.
• Issue and handle shipping documents, including House & Master Bill of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), Commercial Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs clearance agents to book cargo space and secure competitive quotes.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to clients and proactively resolve any operational delays or issues.
• Ensure full adherence to Saudi customs regulations and company policies, prepare job files, and accurately process client billing and vendor invoices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
