About the Role

Salt is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Architect to join a significant ERP transformation program in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for a senior Oracle Fusion Financials specialist with a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, capable of leading solution design and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Projects, and Tax.
• Support the definition and execution of the Oracle Fusion ERP technology roadmap, encompassing standards, governance, and future-state planning.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand current finance processes, identify gaps, and propose future-state recommendations.
• Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality and develop solutions for identified gaps.
• Create functional process and solution documentation aligned with business needs.
• Lead and support Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with onsite and offshore teams.
• Advise clients on solution options, risks, dependencies, and impacts across other systems or processes.
• Support incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, and high-severity issue resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Contribute to pre-sales activities as required, including solution input, estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
• Drive finance process optimization to improve efficiency, reporting, data quality, and overall business performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of overall experience within ERP / Oracle environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar senior role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• A solid understanding of finance processes and cross-track dependencies.
• Experience with business process transformation is essential.
• Knowledge of EPM Cloud, AFCS, or wider Oracle Cloud applications is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with offshore teams and supporting large-scale client delivery.
