About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an Oracle Fusion Lease Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Cloud, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of lease accounting within the Oracle Fusion environment. This includes system setup, managing lease contracts, integrating with other financial modules, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with international accounting standards.

Implementation and Lease Lifecycle Management

• Configure Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Cloud to support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance.
• Set up lease contracts, Right-of-Use (ROU) assets, amortization schedules, and lease liability balances.
• Configure Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) for IFRS 16 and ASC 842 accounting events and the General Ledger (GL) interface.
• Implement Multi-GAAP accounting to support parallel reporting under IFRS 16 and local GAAP.
• Set up lease payment schedules, interest calculations, and periodic compound interest calculations.
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties for lease accounting functions.
• Manage the end-to-end lease lifecycle, including contract creation, activation, modification, reassessment, and termination.
• Handle lease events such as rebook, transfer, assumption, renewal, and buyout/termination quotes.
• Support Operating Lease and Finance Lease classification and accounting treatment.
• Configure short-term lease and low-value asset exemptions as permitted under IFRS 16.
• Manage lease modifications and reassessment of lease liabilities with updated discount rates.

Integration, Reporting, and Project Delivery

• Integrate Lease Accounting with Oracle GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Tax modules.
• Configure Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data flows between lease and financial modules.
• Generate statutory reports including Portfolio Summary, Portfolio Details, Lease Details, and disclosure notes.
• Support financial audit requirements with accurate lease obligation and ROU asset reporting.
• Produce amortization schedules, liability roll-forward reports, and maturity analysis.
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and documentation of as-is and to-be business processes.
• Develop and execute unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and scenarios.
• Support data migration from legacy lease systems to Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and finance teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Cloud and a deep understanding of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards. This role requires a professional with proven experience in implementing and managing complex lease accounting solutions.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Lease Management.
