About the Procurement Manager Role

Double Impact Design & Build is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for its in-house production facility. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role is critical for supporting major events, exhibitions, and premium fit-out projects across KSA. The successful candidate will manage the sourcing of all factory and project materials, including steel, timber, sheet materials, hardware, print media, finishes, and specialty items, under demanding event deadlines where timely delivery is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for all factory and project materials.
Manage import logistics, customs clearance, and compliance for international purchases.
Maintain a comprehensive supplier database, including pricing benchmarks and lead times.
Coordinate closely with production and project teams to ensure adherence to material schedules.
Drive continuous cost reduction initiatives without compromising deadline reliability.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience specifically within factories serving the exhibitions, events, or fit-out industries. General construction or FMCG procurement experience will not be considered.
Proven track record in managing a dual supply chain, encompassing both local KSA sourcing and international imports. This includes expertise in customs clearance, SABER/SASO compliance, freight coordination, and lead-time management.
Demonstrated experience procuring materials for fast-track production cycles, typically involving 2–6 week project turnarounds.
An established supplier network within KSA for critical materials such as steel, timber, board materials, and finishing consumables.
A strong negotiation record, with the ability to evidence achieved cost savings.
Candidates must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Interview Requirements

Shortlisted candidates will be required to present the following during the interview process:

Examples of at least three projects where you managed the full material supply chain from Purchase Order (PO) to site delivery.
Details of your supplier list categories (both KSA and international) and the methodology used for supplier qualification.
A specific case study illustrating how you successfully resolved a supply failure under critical event deadline pressure.

This role is integral to supporting high-stakes projects within the events, exhibitions, and premium fit-out sectors, demanding a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a full-time position.
