About the Project Manager Role at Egis

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. This involves defining project scope, establishing realistic timelines, and managing budgets effectively. The role requires facilitating clear communication and presentations with clients and internal team members, while continuously monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to plans. A key aspect of this position is to ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and that potential risks are identified and mitigated proactively.

Overseeing project planning, including scope definition, timeline setting, and budget establishment.
Leading and motivating design teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance.
Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
Coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets to align with business objectives.
Ensuring the quality of design deliverables meets required standards.
Identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
Tracking project expenses, implementing cost control measures, and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
Preparing detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances, and identifying trends.
Facilitating collaboration between various internal departments and external agencies to streamline workflows.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Managing scope changes and potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Project Manager position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, project management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong emphasis on project management within a design or creative environment. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential for success in this role.
