About the Real Estate Sales Executive Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and client acquisition within the Riyadh real estate market. This full-time position focuses on building strong client relationships and closing deals to meet established revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close a minimum of 10 property deals per quarter.

  • Achieve 120% of the allocated monthly sales quota.
  • Maintain a client satisfaction rate exceeding 90%.
  • Expand the client portfolio by 30% annually.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • A proven track record of successfully closing property deals.
  • Possession of a valid real estate license in Saudi Arabia.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Riyadh property market.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with property listing platforms.
