About the Role

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will act as a key support for the sales team, focusing on administrative duties and facilitating effective communication. This position is crucial for coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client needs are met efficiently. The role serves as a vital link between the sales department and other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client databases and records.
• Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Support the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support, preferably within the hospitality or corporate sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
